Each tablet contains Aquamin 666.67 mg (provides Calcium 200 mg, and other trace elements: Magnesium, Iodine, Boron, Selenium), Vitamin D3 100 IU. Aquamin is a natural calcium source produced from mineralized seaweed (Lithothamnion sp.). The skeleton of the seaweed also contains other minerals and trace elements.

1 tablet to be chewed, 3-4 times daily.
